Once we have received your signed Booking Contract and completed Wedding Questionnaire, we'll send you an invoice for the booking fee. As soon as your payment has been received, your booking is confirmed and your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you.

Our packages have been carefully designed around how weddings naturally unfold, based on our experience photographing and filming real weddings. In practice, most couples find that 2, 4 or 8 hours of coverage provides exactly what they need.

Our Small n' Perfectly Formed package is ideal for elopements, registry office ceremonies and intimate celebrations. Short n' Sweet covers everything from before the ceremony through to the speeches, while Longer n' Lovely includes bridal and groom preparations, the ceremony, reception and evening celebrations.

If you need a little more time, it's easy to extend your coverage. You can add 2 extra hours to our Short n' Sweet package to make 6 hours, or to our Longer n' Lovely package for 10 hours of coverage. The additional pricing is shown on our Packages page.

Yes. Our Longer n' Lovely package includes a professionally edited wedding highlight film as standard.

If you've chosen our Short n' Sweet package, you can add a beautifully crafted highlight film for an additional £250. Lasting around 3 minutes, your film will capture the atmosphere and emotion of your day, combining carefully selected footage with the most meaningful audio moments to create a lasting keepsake you'll enjoy watching for years to come.

We guarantee delivery of your completed wedding gallery and, where included, your highlight film within 4 weeks of your wedding.

Every image is individually reviewed and professionally edited, and each highlight film is carefully crafted to tell the story of your day. During the busy wedding season we often photograph two or three weddings each week, so we carefully schedule our editing to ensure every couple receives the same attention to detail and quality.

If you can't wait to relive your day, we also offer an optional Next Day Preview (subject to availability). For £50, we'll deliver 10 beautifully edited images, ready to share with family and friends or on social media.

If you'd also like black and white versions, we're happy to create them after your gallery has been delivered. We use our own Hitch & Click Signature Black & White Edit, inspired by the timeless look of classic Ilford Delta film, producing beautifully bright, rich and contrasty monochrome images.

We'll send you a sample from your own wedding so you can see how the edit looks before deciding. A small additional charge applies to cover the extra editing time and gallery storage required.

Your wedding gallery includes high-resolution digital images for you to download, share with family and friends, and print as often as you wish for your own personal use. You can also order professional-quality prints directly from your gallery through our trusted print partner, Loxley Print, with an exclusive discount available.

Copyright remains with Hitch & Click, which is standard within the photography industry, but you'll have a licence to enjoy your photographs however you like for personal use.

Yes. We believe it's important to get to know each other before your wedding and make sure every detail is covered.

Our Premium Packages include a Zoom consultation around 4 weeks before your wedding, where we'll talk through the timeline, key moments, family group photographs and any special requests. For our Small n' Perfectly Formed package, we'll arrange a telephone consultation to cover everything in the same detail.

By the time your wedding day arrives, you'll know exactly what to expect, allowing you to relax and simply enjoy the day.

Over the years we've photographed weddings in sunshine, showers and everything in between. We always carry weather protection for our cameras and, if needed, we'll suggest suitable indoor or sheltered locations to create beautiful photographs. The arrangement of any alternative indoor or backup location is the responsibility of the couple and the venue.

Yes. We carry full Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance, giving you and your venue complete peace of mind.

Many wedding venues require photographers and videographers to hold appropriate insurance before allowing them to work on site. If your venue requests proof of cover, we're happy to provide the necessary documentation in advance.
